Bambi - 7

The Original Film
As the last film of the Golden Age, Bambi, presents an unusual musical format. None of the movie’s songs are sung by the character's themselves. They are all coral arrangements. All of said songs are written by  Frank Churchill and  Larry Morey
  1. “Love is a Song” -  Donald Novis
  2. “Little April Shower” - Disney Studio Chorus
  3. “Let's Sing A Gay Little Spring Song” - Disney Studio Chorus
  4. “Looking for Romance (I Bring You a Song)” - Disney Studio Chorus
There’s also a coral reprise of “Love is a Song” during the finale.

Deleted Songs
There is one deleted song from the original film that has been released and a deleted song from it’s sequel.
  1. "Raindrops" - Chorus (Bambi)
  2. “Sing The Day”-  Various Artists (Bambi II)

Sequel
Bambi is notably the only movie from the Golden Age to receive a direct to video sequel, infamously known in fandom as the “cheapquel”. As far a cheapquel’s go, Bambi II isn’t the worst thing ever. The plot is lacking, but the relationship between father and son if furthered explored and has a lot of heart. The songs however are far more modern in sound and feature more famous solo singers instead of choirs.
  1. "There Is Life" - Alison Krauss
  2. "First Sign of Spring" – Michelle Lewis
  3. "Through Your Eyes" – Martina McBride
  4. "The Healing of a Heart" – Anthony Callea

Disney Released Remixes and Covers
  1. “Through Your Eyes” - Martina McBride from Country Sings Disney
  2. "There Is Life" - Alison Krauss from Country Sings Disney
