The Original Film 

Tron was the first film to use CGI animation and was a forerunner for most modern day special effects. While a financial flop at the time of release, the movie garnered a hardcore cult following over the years.     

The entire score of the film was written by Wendy Carlos. Who is also famous for writing the scores for A Clockwork Orange and The Shining.
